During the trip, i took photographs with JiaJia, she assisted me on that trip. We took quite alot of pictures during the trip, it was fun taking the pictures of different kinds of statues and artefacts. I did not know alot about Singapore's past and history until i went to Fort Siloso. At the fort, they showed us different kinds of things such as photographs, videos and also some artefacts.
Now i know that there are actually different kind of cannons that ranges in different sizes too. They also showed us a few items that was used during the Japanese occupation such as the banana notes, food purchasing slip, food ration card and also the card permits to buy rice. Other than that, they also showed us things such as oil lamps and canned food.
I do not quite know what happened on the video part as i was mainly focusing on the photographs, but i know that we did have some difficulties to find an interviewee at first, but we got our guide, Astra to be one. I think managing the video camera is harder than the camera but i know Afiq, Joey and Jun Hao did their best and i know that our video will turn out great!
I think this trip is a very good way for us to know more about the history of Singapore, and of course we had fun!
